Remote Sessions

All Sacred services (minus the Sacred Intensive) can be experienced via remote sessions or in real time. You will be in excellent Reiki hands as Sandra calls in your energy body (hologram) to the reiki table. The best part is you will be on a video call and you can interact with Sandra with questions and feedback as the session moves along. Sound healing and a recording of the session are included. A 15 minute clarity conversation is also included before the session.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Nope. Think of it like a nervous-system spa day. Belief not required; willingness helps.

  • Only if you say yes. Light, still, clothed touch—or no touch with hands above the body. Your choice.

  • Beautiful. Sleep = deep reset. Tears = release. Both are welcome and held gently.

  • Comfortably resonant, never jarring. If any sound feels intense, we dial it down.

  • Comfy clothes, minimal jewelry. Hydrate. No heavy meal right before. That’s it.

  • For momentum: weekly or bi-weekly for 3–6 sessions, then monthly maintenance.

  • Yes, Reiki isn’t bound by proximity. Distance Reiki is a long-standing practice that focuses intention and attention to support your system from anywhere.
