Spiritual Intensive Itinerary

Morning: Grounding & Clarity

• ☕ Breakfast and intention setting (with journaling)

• 🖋️ Guided journaling to clarify desires and direction for the day

Midmorning: Energetic Alignment

• ✨ 1-hour intuitive Reiki session to promote healing and uncover wisdom

• 🌱 1-hour spiritual coaching based on insights from Reiki

Afternoon: Integration & Reflection

• 🍽️ Lunch break to restore and digest

• 💌 30-minute self-letter writing to reflect on growth and vision

Evening: Embodiment & Closure

• 🔔 30-minute sound bath and meditation to seal the energetic workration
